Somehow... I'm not surprised.

Sadly, one of my high school buddies is a 4channer.

Hahah, the Fox article trying to make everything sound so dark and scary is awesome.

"But the antics of the /b/tards also have a dark side far from cute cats. "

The Habbo Hotel stuff is hilarious. My girlfriend was showing me pics of what they've done and it's just ridiculous and awesome.

I was aware of 4chan but I'm surprised to hear Fox News do an article about it. And one that seems not to be some kind of attack on anarchist liberals or whatever you want to call the 4chan stereotype.

Well, you know what Fox News says, they're "fair and balanced".

One of the Most Surreal Moments of My Life

I do security for Anime Central, the third largest anime convention in the United States of America. Good times.

Last year we received a written threat from Anon. I and another security volunteer had to "translate" the slang terms for the grey-haired policemen who were terribly confused and considered it a serious criminal threat. I cannot forget the look in the Sergeant's eyes as I explained what a weeaboo was, and he replied, "Haha, weeaboo? I like that."
