Owned by spamming limits

Maybe someone can help me with this. I'm in charge of recruiting members for an honors society at Tulsa, and to prevent my school email from being bombarded I created a hotmail account. However, after sending emails to half of the 280 member list (I was limited by the characters available in the BCC field), I got this message saying that I had maxed out my number of messages for the day. The confidentiality issue of this matter is making this a big hassle.

For future reference, can anyone tell me where I can create a free email account isn't limited by anti spamming programming?
