Oh bah. That's silly. You can say that there is truth, thus implying the existance of lies, without having to admit that you're lying. You just say "there's truth. I'm telling it to you. I'm right, anyone who says otherwise is lying."
Agnostics and spiritual agnostics like myself are the ones who are so horribly afraid of being caught in an inadvertant lie that we're hesitant to make any definate statements about truth at all ;)
