So, let's say there's this bank account I forgot about...

Um, yeah..., it seems in my time away I've neglected a certain bank account I had in Tulsa. As chance would have it, I will be going to Tulsa tomorrow, as this Saturday is the wedding of a good friend of mine.

Since I am unlikely to use this account anymore, I've been considering closing it. Is there any advice you guys could kindly impart on me in going about this? Thanks in advance!

I'm going to sound like a broken record, but go to the Customer Service booth. Explain to the person that your account is inactive and you would like to close it. They should help you from there :)

If the lesson is that Customer Service can handle the questions I have, then I should just go ahead and ask Customer Service. Nothing wrong with sounding like a broken record on that count, grasshopper. ^_^
