I am doomed on a stastics test that I will be taking today. Fortunately, I have been promised some delicious homemade casserole to save my day.

What type of statistics? And what are you having problems with?

Statistics for engineers. The material itself isn't that hard, it's just that you don't get a formula sheet. There's literally thousands of formulas and I can never get them straight.

I always despised that sort of test. I did OK (pulled an A in my Stat with Calc back in '87), but come on, how often will an engineer have to do statistical analysis without a reference handy? Especially with the net around. They should teach you how to use the formulas, not make you memorize them.

Exactly. I will be able to look up ANY formula I want to when I am in the work force. Argh, I will definitely be forceful in that regard on this professor's evaluation.
