I miss enigmatic Maph, the army man in Iraq. Here's a sample of why:

Maph: We need Daniel's around the world to unite in the effort to extend the profits and reap the awards of hot sex.
Me: Okay, but then what would the Maphs of the world do?
Maph: Get hit by roadside bombs; heck, do you think any chicks would want my screwed up genes man?
Maph: That's why I am counting on you Daniel!

I pray that the army man may return safely to us soon.

I was about to take a nap, but then I noticed that SMU was ahead of UTEP 16-13 with little more than a twenty minutes left to go. Now I'm stuck watching ESPN GameCast.

Not having TV means that we are blissfully unaware of any commercials playing right now. As such, I have no idea what you mean with 'that evil fanta song'. I am not aware of any song associated with Fanta. Aaaah, ignorance is bliss!
Also, you are assuming that the Fanta commercials are the samein the US and the Netherlands. They might be, but there is no guarantee for that -- so there might not even be a Fanta song over here.
