We decided to make easy-bake chocolate chip cookies.

The twenty cookies were so easy to make even we couldn't screw it up.

The light tree was cool.

Dark isn't good for photographs, though.

Their apartment looks like the first place I ever rented, and for a moment I thought "Hey, they live where I used to live!" Then I realized that even if this were in the Buffalo area, it would be impossible. The first apartment I ever rented is now a parking lot.

Pardon me while I go cry in the corner.

On another note, I do own a similar katana as part of my collection. Is that an actual ivory handle on yours? Mine was a gift, I don't support ivory trade.

The handle felt fake to me. Then again, it's not mine and I'm not a sword connossieur.

Oh, okay, thought it was your katana. The handle on mine doesn't feel how I'd imagine ivory to feel, but having never really handled any ivory other than this, and judging from what I later found out was paid for this sword, ivory apparently just feels fake.

Or my friend got very, very ripped off.
