greybetaAnother Saturday Night Spaghetti passes with success! Andre "The Italian Stallion" Leone, Derek "Skinny Scarecrow" Steffen, and Alyssa "Kimono-chan" Harper came over to D2's apartment for some One Pound Spaghetti, salad, oven roasted garlic bread, and easy bake chocolate chip cookies. And much merry conversation and delicious food was eaten.
Kimono-chan: You know, it's going to be bad if your kids don't like sauce with their spaghetti.
D2: Well, if they complain, I'll tell them they won't get to eat until they eat their spaghetti with sauce. They'll learn to like spaghetti cooked with the sauce already real quick.
D2: So how long have you gone out with your girlfriend?
Scarecrow: One year and thirteen months.
[D2, Andre, and Alyssa all roll on the floor laughing]
D2: Wait, you're already done eating your spaghetti?! But I haven't even finished my salad!
Andre: Well, you're really talkative.
D2: Even so, take the time to enjoy your food Italian Stallion.
D2: Okay and--
Kimono-chan: You're not thinking of the girl!
D2: But--
Kimono-chan: No, you're not thinking of the girl!
D2: GOOD LORD, FRESHMEN STOP INTERRUPTING YOUR ELDERS. Sheesh, let me finish my thoughts before you respond, please.
D2: Alyssa, just put the pill vertical and...
Kimono-chan: STOP TALKING! I can't multitask. I can't talk and play at the same time.
Scarecrow: Wait, why did you...
[D2 does a triple combo on Dr. Mario]
Italian Stallion: Nooooooooooooooooooooo!
Scarecrow: Oh.
Kimono-chan: Oh my gosh, how does he think so fast? He sees everything at once!
Yes, it was a good time had by all, with good food, good talk, and good video game playing. Old classics like Donkey Kong and Donkey Kong, Jr. were played. Dr. Mario was fun, and the Scarecrow almost beat me once (I was a half second ahead). Super Mario Bros. 3 was awesome, as well.
I foresee more Saturday Night Spaghettis on the horizon. ^_^
