For one of those get-to-know-you-better things, the new graphics editor and I went out to eat at my favorite Vietnamese noodle shop in town. He's a pretty cool guy, though he makes some painfully funny analogies. Well, he's doing me a favor this week by writing an article for me but one of his analogies was so shocking that I had to laugh. After next week's issue comes out, I'll ask his permission to post it.

Then I watched half an hour of an interpretation of "Alice in Wonderland" done by a Czech clay animator. I had to stop watching to ensure that I would get some sleep tonight.

Then mysterious PC and I talked for an hour on his balcony. He has a great view of downtown. It was nice to catch up with an old friend.

Then my roomie gave me his usual ribbing of "I'm going to get you a girlfriend." Dude, find me a girl who's willing to wait on this type A personality and maybe it'll happen.

I doubt he can find one.
