Here's my fantasy team as I drafted it:

QB
Peyton Manning (IND)
Rex Grossman (CHI)

RB
Cadillac Williams (TB)
Thomas Jones (NYJ)
Clinton Portis (WAS)
Lamont Jordan (OAK)

WR
Steve Smith (CAR)
Hines Ward (PIT)
Joey Galloway (TB)
Plaxico Burress (NYG)
Amani Toomer (NYG)

TE
Vernon Davis (SF)
Marcedes Lewis (JAX)

K
Kris Brown (HOU)

DST
DST 49ers
DST Colts

In summary, I had the the fifth pick in my draft and selected Peyton Manning, and many of the good running backs were taken ahead and behind me, so I decided to go for the some good WRs early. Then I spent the middle rounds picking up good RB's with a lot of injury questions. High risk, high reward! ^_^

Picking Grossman, Burress, and Toomer shows that you like living dangerously. ;-)

Grossman was my last pick, more of a "Hey, let's have the two Super Bowl QBs on my fantasy team because there's not a single QB I'd start over Peyton". Burress and Toomer were risky picks. I'll probably drop Toomer after I see how Burress holds up in the first few weeks.

I predict Toomer will be out for the season with turf toe relatively soon. Plexiglass Burress...I give him half a season before his either injured or just stops giving 100%.

High risk, high reward!

This isn't ecomnomics, or anything dealing with money... Its dealing with humans. So I hate to break it to you, but that theory may not work out in your favor here.

That's why they call it fantasy football.

I hope you played Plaxico yesterday. He had a pretty good performance. Not Randy Moss good, but what was?

No, I started Manning, Jordan, Cadillac, Steve Smith, Hines Ward, Vernon David, Kris Brown, and the 49ers DST. I didn't start Plaxico because I thought his back might slow him down, since he didn't play much in the preseason. The score right now is 97-94, with me trailing. He has Rudi Johnson against the Ravens left, I have Vernon Davis and the 49ers DST going for me so it should be a close one!
