TU Cent Thoughts, 2-3-06

SYR
So, there's this SYR dance, better known as Screw Your Roommate. This year is a masquerade ball.

A certain student senator, my former junior chair, kept bothering me to go. Even the Most Bitter Justice has to reward the persistence of Smiles and Sunshine.

So I'm going to this SYR dance, where I have to wear a tie because it's a formal dance. Stupid formalities.

On top of that, I'm going without a date because I decided way too late that I would be going.

I guess I'll have to take a cue from Marcel "Da Noise" Ficklin and be a playa' who steals other people's dates.

Administration
I need to get a lot of stuff done before the Super Bowl, so my posting will be sparse over the weekend.

A draw. No clear winner! We couldn't agree on the definition of victory so we just left things as is

I went to the UCM House
There's nothing like several sets of eyes just staring at you. I suppose that's what happens when the author of an anti-gay marriage editorial walks into a veggie lunch intended for liberally minded people.

I am not your typical bigoted conservative.

You could say I'm your atypical moderate, a man of no true opinions.
