The best candy in the world
Oct. 19th, 2004 12:00 amWe all get this hankering for a certain candy around Halloween time. I know a girl who gets the urge to have candy corn around this time, which I understand because I remember eating candy corn all the time in elementary school at this time of year.
But, that doesn't match up with the best candy on God's green earth. You haven't had sour candy until you've had mini-Tearjerkers bubble gum. It's sourness packed into one little powerful gumball of flavor (the burst lasts five seconds, but nonetheless it's a super rush). Of course, the only place I can find it now are at expensive candy stores, so I can only indulge so often. Still, I'm going to have to buy a pound of extra sour goodness for Halloween's this year.

I don't think I've ever had the Tearjerkers. I never had a lot of sour candy, so I'll have to try it.
