greybetaYou know, I was going to write a post about gay marriage, but no less than three posts have come to my attention that state the case better than I ever could. I have to warn you that these are very long posts, but well worth the read.
A very balanced opinion from a libertarian, no less.
Why liberals should just honestly admit they have a gay agenda.
Marriage is a social institution, although civil unions between gays would not destroy it.
Oh, to be fair you can find my own thoughts here. It was probably the most controversial op ed piece in the Collegian last year as it brought no less than three letters to the editor (two heavily against, one in support).
As a pessimist, I actually think my side is going to lose. Once a single state approves gay marriage, there will be a landmark Supreme Court case that will bring the "Can have gay marriage states" versus the "Can't have gay marriage states." And at that point the "Can have gay marriage states" will win. How? I'm not sure, it's just a feeling.

Even though I am the youngest child in the family, I am the only son in an Asian family. So I was raised more like a first born, as the following meme suggests.

Another tidbit from my conversation with the enigmatic Maph.
Maph: Hold on a sec, Daniel, I'll brb.
Me: Okay.
Maph: I have to go take a tactical piss.
Me: Tactical piss?
Maph: Yeah dude, here an Iraq an American soldier has to be careful even when he's going to the bathroom.
Me: How awkward.

I actually turned last night's MNF game with five minutes to go. And I missed one of the wildest endings ever. Gah.

So, let's say I have to make green beans soon as part of my real life training. What are your favorite methods or ways of making green beans?
