Two Cent Thoughts, 11-19-05

greybetaAnime Mike has invited me to do something I haven't done in a long time...play HALO, the original. I was decent back in freshman year when we dropped everything at 9:00pm to play HALO five days a week. Ah, the joys of freshman year.

I'm so bored I'm contemplating going through the Magic Comprehensive Rules and applying to try out for Level 1 Certification. I'm pretty sure I have the game rules down, it's just the Floor Rulings and Tournament Rules that I will have to familiarize myself with. It's not like I have better things to do.

So, over breakfast, I was reading the sports section. They had the picture of an eleven year old girl bagging a deer. It was made more unusual by the fact that the girl had cerebral palsy. I was about to laugh and say "Man, I must be in redneck country."
Then I thought about it.

Or as my old friend lucky Andy says, the answer is 3, the answer is always 3.

What kind of milk do you consume? My personal favorite is Vitamin D Whole Milk, but my scheming roommate kills me with his insistence on 1%.

Date: 2005-11-19 04:03 pm (UTC)I've been there, man. The surprising part was that after I became certified, my game improved significantly. Judging makes you think about all the little strange "tricks" that can be done. It's pretty cool.
Also, if milk is not at least 2% it is not milk to me. I like water just fine, but I don't want to pretend it's milk.
