So, every year
theferrett posts his Christmas Wish List on the stuff he would buy if he had the money. Apparently some of his kind readers actually buy him stuff on his list. Not that I'm hinting anything to any of my fine readers. I mean, let's spur our capitalist economy on, yes?
D2's Christmas Wish List
1. Batman: The Animated Series, Volumes 1-4. Best American action cartoon ever made and the series that spawned the DC Animated Universe.
2. Superman: The Animated Series, Volunes 1 and 2. Second best American action cartoon eever made set in the same DCAU as B:TAS.
3. Justice League, Starcrossed. The DCAU expands to include the Justice League. Pretty cool, although with so many characters it takes away from the focus of the series at times. Although, the season two finale, "Starcrossed", is definitely worth going through the series for.
4. Sad Kimiko in Snow Poster. I'm a fan of the MegaTokyo webcomic, and a poster of it would be nice to have.
5. 8-bit theater Jesus Saves shirt. I'm also a fan of 8-bit theater, and this shirt is perfect for me.
6. RPG Shirt or Life Shirt. Yes, I also read Penny Arcade like any good gamer. These shirts are perfect for any Final Fantasy or Zelda fan (they usually overlap anyways).
7. First Gundam, aka Mobile Suit Gundam. I will collect the entirety of Gundam some day as a mechahead. Might as well start at the beginning.
8. Piano DVD. A slice of life series about a fourteen year old girl rediscovering her love for the piano. Seems interesting and I've heard good things about the music in this one.
9. Revolutionary Girl Utena DVD Box Set 1: Rose Saga. I've seen a quite a few of my friends use icons from this anime. I suppose I should see it some time.
10. Final Fantasy IV Piano Collection. FFIV was my favorite Final Fantasy and having the piano tracks for it would be leet.
11. Final Fantasy VII Piano Collection. FFVII is the most popular Final Fantasy, so I figure it couldn't hurt having the piano tracks for it either.
12. Piano favorites. What can I say, I love hearing the piano.
13. Simpsons, Seasons One through Three. Best animated sitcom ever.
14. Futurama, Season One. They tried. They really did.
15. 4GB iPod Nano. My mysterious friend has one. I want one, too. ;)
