End of break
It was a nice week of rest, but now I'm afraid it's back to the daily grind.

The custom of pinching
According to today's Fun Friday Five, some of you never grew up with the custom of pinching people who don't wear green on St. Patrick's Day. I must doubt your American upbringing. ;)

Lots of random colored shirts
My mom spontaneously decided to buy me a bunch of colored dress shirts to wear when I told her that I got an internship with Inhofe. She was surprisingly happy about it. Apparently, she's a big fan of Inhofe.

Verse of the Day
"And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves; And would not suffer that any man should carry any vessel through the temple. And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves."
~Mark 11:15-17

Convo of the Day
Luke: So, you're Irish, right?
Mike: Not only am I red-headed, but my middle name is Patrick.

Quote of the Day
"The only sure thing about luck is that it will change."
~Wilson Mizner

Link of the Day
Most anticipated movie of the year!!! I'm serious, I will watch this in the movie theater and I don't even like going to see movies at the theater.

Sports Report
Managed to call the Texas A&M-Syracuse game correctly, but Arkansas frittered away a chance to at least tie the game. Yo, Stan Heath, WHY DO YOU NOT CALL TIME OUT ON THE LAST POSSESSION?!?

In other news, America shrugs as our WBC baseball team loses and is eliminated in the second round.

Magic Tournament
Tomorrow, the Rouge and I shall be dueling other duos at the Two-Headed Giant Champs in Little Rock, Arkansas. We'll probably be one of the best teams there actually, but we're going to need quite a bit of luck as the format will be Sealed.

Random meeting
And while I'm up there, I'll be meeting Kimono-chan for breakfast at IHOP. Might as well make full use of spring break, right?

The official site has it listed at August 18, so it seems like the perfect back-to-school activity to get a huge group to see the movie.
