I just got the new AIM Triton. It’s got a different graphical interface from the AOL Instant Messenger we’re used to, but I got used to it rather quickly. There are three noticeable advantages of the Triton:

1. All your IMs are handled in one window. When you are talking to more than one person at a time, a tab opens up on the left side to keep track of who you are talking to. Triton has an option to save your conversation even if you close or disconnect, so as soon as you IM the person again you can see a short log of what you said before.
2. An IM catcher handles all unknown users. So if a random buddy wants to add you, you can screen their message line to see if you want to talk to them or not. Otherwise, you can put spam IM from hotchixxx3788 on ignore.
3. XM Radio with 150 stations. They have a few classical stations, oldies, an anime radio station, and there’s even a video game station. I'm listening to the ending song from Tales of Symphonia right now.

I’d at least take a look see if you use AIM. It works on both Windows and Macs, and there’s even a vision for Linux peoples.

Thanksgiving meal included turkey, homemade mashed potatoes, gravy, corn on the cob, and chocolate cake with ice cream. I’m still full…

Supposedly, small turkeys aren’t as good as large ones.

Crumpler scored more points than Dunn and Anderson, the RBs for the team I'm up against this week. I’m so confident that I sent a message to our league board pronouncing the other guy had already lost. And I won’t eat crow this time either.

Random Jameson just compared World of Warcraft to blogging. Writing is like gaining experience. Seeking to be linked in other journals is a quest. Getting mentioned on a news station is slaying a dragon.

He just wants me to get sucked into the MMORPG world. I never started Everquest, and I won't start WoW now no matter how newbie friendly it is.

What brand of orange juice do you drink? I'm a big fan of Tropicana's Calcium enriched OJ.

I admit it, I love AIM Triton mostly for the free XM radio attached to it. I missed it until my friend told me to look at the bottom right of the buddy list. Yes, there are other free XM radio programs out there. But attached to AIM? That's bloody brilliant. I mean, that's pure freaking genius. I'm currently switching back and forth from the videogamescore channel and the holiday oldies and the anime radio and the romantic classical station.

Oh, and if the IM catcher is catching all of your IMs, even from your buddies, just go your settings and set it to catch only unknown IMs. If something seems rather inconvenient on something as friendly user as AIM, there must be a setting where you can change that. I turned off my sounds and notifications so I could keep my sanity (really, who doesn't turn off IM sounds?).

Yes, try out the Triton. Do it now.

Arkansas plays #3 LSU in Baton Rouge on national television (CBS) today. Oh man, the Razorbacks are going to get thrashed.

And give Bush the Heisman already. Bush will be going in the first round of many a fantasy league next year.

I tried to throw a frisbee yesterday. Emphasis on tried.

You know, I actually haven't read any of J.K. Rowling's books yet. I've seen the first two movies, but I refuse to begin the series until I know there's an actual ending. I do this because I tried to collected an anime one volume at a time and regretted it.
