1. How did you choose your username?
When I was in high school, StarCraft came out and all of my friends wanted to play online on blizzard.net. I needed a handle and decided to use my favorite color, grey, in it. Beta comes from the fact that at the time I was interested in beta testing games. So "GreyBeta" kinda means a morally ambiguous person who is constantly fixing the bugs in his internal code.
2. What is your most vivid memory from childhood?
Winning a school geography bee as a fourth grader. I managed to correctly answer "Czechoslavakia" in the final round, and it was at that point I began realizing I might have an eidetic memory.
3. What superpower would you choose?
Emotion reading. I'm good at reading minds, but not reading hearts.
4. Have you ever been in love? Describe.
Nope. I have never been in a serious relationship. Part of it is that my parents are supposed to arrange my marriage, though nowadays that is a less likely option for various reasons. Part of it is that I'm a very particular person and I'm willing to wait.
5. What do you do offline?
Eat. Sleep. Clean. Cook. Play the piano. Sell electronics at Sears. Watch sports and various TV shows.
