For my first oral exam...

Dr. Buckley said I did well on the oral exam today for my American Empire class. Unfortunatley, I got killed by the power test afterwards. So it's a day of mixed results.

Do you actually know that you got killed? I had my midterm a few weeks ago, and was sure I did a B at best. In truth, I set the curve. :)

You are so smart...I am sure you did fine! But, I SO know how you feel. This is my second time around with college...and I still feel that way!

Well, when your help sheet says "look these problems up in the book", and you forgot to look at the book because you were fretting about an oral exam, you're going to have a good chance at getting killed on a test.

when you fail your test, later you can "re-sit" the exam and try to pass this time. You get generally two or even three changes here to pass a course. if you fail all changes you have to retake the course the following year. A course taken roughly a month or two.
