The Baptist Student Union had its first metro area Tuesday night worship for the summer. A single pastor spoke. That is, a pastor who was not married spoke. By sheer coincidence, his message was about how it was God's plan for him to be single up till now.

NBA Finals: No high flying Suns or Shaq. I guess it would be interesting to call over/under on 85 points scored for either time. I've got the under.

Baseball update: Whoa, the Pirates are winning. They're only three games off .500 but I still suspect they'll unload Kip Wells or Jose Mesa before the trade deadline.
Marlins, who I said had the best lineup, are struggling because their lineup hasn't been that great.
The preseason rebuilding fears have been realized in the A's. Angels (even without Vlad) and Rangers (best infield in the majors) are just too good this year.

No permanent account for me. It'd be nice, and I'm likely to still be around in six years, but this college and first apartment thing has got me. Plus, I hardly ever use the polling function, though the phone posting thing is kind of cool. Pics, I could get by with three.

Speaking of new living experiences, um, how long do eggs stay fresh for? Two weeks? A month? My scheming roommate says when they start smelling like sulfur, but I'm a spoiled brat who never had to worry about such things before, so I could always use the advice of my more experienced.
