I've changed the name of my journal to Two Cent Thoughts. It's the name of a random webcomic that my mysterious friend and I were going to do, but we found out that webcomics are a lot of work just to get off the ground. Maybe one day he'll post that first comic.

For some odd reason, I benched Hines Ward even though he's by far and away my best receiver. I managed to win though thanks to the efforts of Shaun Alexander. Whew.

Actually, this is my first year in fantasy football. I lucked out with Shaun Alexander with the seventh pick overall. I believe Daunte Culpepper and Donovan McNabb went before Alexander. I was going for the two stud RB strategy so it worked out for me.

I've played it for a few years, and it's so easy to score cheap game wins when you have The Running Man, whoever it might be in any given year. My boss won the last two years completely and utterly because he had Priest Holmes, who would just randomly score 2/3 as much as the opponent's entire team now and again. It's a pretty big advantage (it's like playing WW and being able to replace a random card in your draw with Jitte) and it constantly amazes me that people don't pick That RB 1st pick every draft. Sometimes it backfires and your guy stops being That RB in a given year, but it's usually well worth the risk.
